I am not obligated to accept your commission and have the right to decline for any given reason.

Although I'll get with your commissions asap, I ask that you please be patient with me on the chance that multiple people order from me :)

Paying for the commission means that you've read and accepted these Terms of Service.

There will only get to be a maximum of 5 rounds of revisions during the whole process.

These terms apply to private commissions only. This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes. You nor your company may use the piece for commercial use or monetary gain. This also includes NFT/Cryptocurrency trading.

If you do want my artwork for commercial use you would have to purchase a commercial license. The price depends on the commission but starts at $100

Signing an NDA for a Commission is a +70% fee added to original cost.

Cannot be used for AI training.

I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the right to a refund

While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!

The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.

During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress images, which will usually include a watermark and will be smaller than the finished piece.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 2 week - 8 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.

If there is a rush order for a commission (within reason), the price will cost 250% more than the original cost.

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product. Depending on where you live, we can arrange to print your artwork. Just ask :)

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

You may ask for a refund if I have not yet started the commission.

Commissions are non-refundable after the work is complete.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

I, the Artist :

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio.

You, the commissioner :

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes and / or profit from it (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.) unless you purchase a COMMERCIAL LICENSE;

If you do get a commercial license, you retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP);

You may not remove my signature from the artwork that I provide to you.

You MAY print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

You MAY use the artwork to promote yourself. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.

Claiming the artwork as your own

Removing my signature from the artwork

Altering the artwork without my consent

Includes a fully rendered front view and a choice of sketch or flat colored back view as well as a color palette. You can request a fully rendered back view or an additional outfit at an additional cost.

Adding Props/Animals may have additional cost based on complexity

Adding expression sketches are $10 each

Please have a compilation of reference pictures beforehand as well as a description of your character.

If you do not have an existing design and you'd like me to design your character, we can discuss it together.

You can purchase full commercial rights for the design that I make you for 3x times the price of the design. *Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.
